I’m John Black, the proud owner of Tru-Connect Enterprises. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I have always enjoyed helping people reach their goals and seeing them grow. So, a sales and marketing career was right up my alley. My journey began nearly thirty years ago when I started as a sales rep and quickly became suitable for a management position. During this time, I had the opportunity to go to Belgium and Africa to help with international expansion. I started Tru-Connect Enterprises soon after.

Over the years, we have consolidated our position as a leading sales and marketing firm and given our people a platform to launch their careers. We have also leveraged technology to serve our clients better and significantly streamline our processes.

My philosophy is to lead by example.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, what sets me apart is my work ethic, attitude, and student mentality. A genuine desire to help people reach their potential and commitment to personal development have been the hallmarks of my journey.

Recently reaching the thirty office mark has indeed given me immense satisfaction.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, I love to cook and have people over! I also enjoy spending as much time as I can with family, traveling, and educating myself.
